Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine," or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or its contents;

Harvest or collect information about Site visitors or members without their express consent; or use or duplicate in any unsolicited way any images, flash files or file structure; Mimic or duplicate any files from the Site which may or may not belong to clients and any proprietary programs that exist on this Site;

Events beyond Micelistudios.com's control. MicelisStudios.com shall not be held responsible for any failure or malfunction in power or communications nor the failure or refusal of third party transmission intermediaries to perform, continue or renew their contractual arrangements with MiceliStudios.com, nor inability to perform occasioned by such or by labor strife, war, power outage, server failure, riot or other events beyond the control of MiceliStudios.com. If the Service or delivery thereof is disrupted by any such event(s), Miceli Studios LLC's obligations hereunder shall be suspended during the period of occurrence for such disrupting event(s).

Warranty

Miceli Studios LLC make no warranty, express or implied, as to its services in connection with the Internet, use thereof, or the accuracy or correctness of any information available through this Site including, but not limited to, any warranties or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. MiceliStudios.com excercises no control whatsoever over the information from the Internet passing through it.
